Regional Sales Manager, Bridge and Tunnel Sector

This is a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us: This position will report to the Watson Bowman Acme Corp (WBAC) National Sales Manager - Bridge and Tunnel sectors. Primary responsibility of this role is to achieve assigned regional product sales and profitability plan and maintain WBAC leading sector position through execution of business development strategy actions. Daily interface with customers and regular interaction with WBAC Sales Management leadership and all functions are critical elements to ensure customer satisfaction.

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Demonstrated progressive growth in sales in commercial construction related companies with two (2) or more years of relevant experience. Previous experience in the bridge and/or tunnel market is preferred.
  • Accountable for sales and profit results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in assigned territory
  • Incorporate modern marketing influencing techniques to gain attention and trust of key influencers and customers and leads execution of strategy
  • Technical capability to understand product line and translate customer needs to solutions independently
  • A thorough understanding of contract documents, with ability to independently act and respond to commercial and technical inquiries
  • Timely and accurate reporting of sales objectives, including forecasting, planning, strategic initiatives, account and business relationship development/management, pre-planning, post order account management and order closing fulfillment
  • Time management and relationship building skills to develop customer loyalty and confidence in the Wabo® brand using a progressive approach to exceeding customer needs
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications and customer relationship management software
